下單即代表同意遵守社團規則且不能取消訂單

Order Confirmation
After your order is placed, we’ll send you a confirmation email. You'll be emailed a tracking link once your parcel has dispatched our warehouse.
Order Processing
We will process your order during standard business hours as quickly as possible. Please note that estimated delivery times apply only to business hours and do not include order processing time.
Shipping and Postage
Your order will be delivered within 1-3 business days, depending on your shipping address. While we do our best, overnight delivery cannot be guaranteed if there are delays with NZ Post. Deliveries to rural areas may also take slightly longer.
Eco-Friendly Packaging
As part of our commitment to the environment, all orders are shipped with eco-friendly materials - paper wrapping, recycled plastic satchels, or paper boxes, at no additional cost.
NZPOST Delivery
We are partnered with NZ Post to deliver all our parcels. If you have any questions about delivery, please contact NZ Post directly as they can help you best once your parcel has been dispatched - all inventory is located in our Hamilton warehouse.
Please note that we are not responsible for any charges or delays that may occur on the recipient’s end, as these can vary depending on local customs regulations.
